Desiccant Insertion

Desiccants are vital for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of a wide range of pharmaceutical, nutritional, and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products. To meet demand for specialized applications, desiccant manufacturers have devised a variety of formats—canisters, packets, tablets, capsules, filled stoppers, and more—to hold the silica gel, montmorillonite clay, or molecular sieve desiccant. The workhorses accounting for the greatest share of this market, however, are desiccant canisters and continuous-strip packets for high-speed automated dispensing.

Inspection Table

Description

Inspection table is equipment consisting of three-track conveyor with dividing a hood and lighting arrangement with visual inspection background of alternate black and white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S.S. square pipe and supported on adjustable bolts.

About Air jet Cleaning Machine

• Containers are fed in upright position on a scrambler and further fed to feed worm. Where they are automatically inverted.
• The coordinated star wheel feed the container one by one through a chamber which is under negative pressure. A series of nozzles blow air in the container at a high pressure. The dust is collected in dust collector box through exhaust fan.
• The container is further fed through the synchronized star wheel and feed worm. It is once again inverted and comes out duly cleaned in upright position for further operation
• The turn table slowly and steadily feed bottles to the single track and two tracks feed worm where bottles are automatically inverted.
• At the end of air washing operations bottles are re-inverted back into original position and attach with on line

Capping and Packing Equipment

Capping Machine

• Certain caps required for single dosing in hopper. Delivery of caps will be automatically through cap delivery chute. No manual operation for collecting the bottle from filling machine. It takes automatically.
• Running bottle takes the cap from chute and feed warm feed the bottle from conveyor to first star wheel then it gives the bottle to the center star wheel of the main turret.
• The caps will have a pick and place attachment, where the caps will be picked up by the capping head, and through cam mechanism sealing head goes down- wards with cap and tightens the cap, then sealing die goes up ward and directly places on the bottleneck.
• Duly capped bottle is transferred to exit star wheel. Then on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing.
• Drive system will consist of motor, with variable speed pulley system, gearbox, and gear to drives. All the parts, for size bottle-change parts will be required. Pharma Plants also provides packing equipments.

Sticker Labeling Machine

Fully Automatic, User Friendly, Sticker Labeling Machine, Suitable to apply accurate Labels on Double Side of Flat/Oval/Square shaped products having PET, Plastic, HDPE, and LDPE, Glass or any other surface.

The fully automatic front back sticker labeler machine incorporates latest sophisticated microprocessor controlled stepper motor drive, fiber optic label and container sensing system. Rapid Mixer Granulator

It is designed to meet special needs of tablet manufacturing i.e. mixing and granulation combined technique by reducing processing time, more homogeneous mixing, uniform granule size and above all maintaining improved hygiene complaint to cGMP norms.

Mass Mixer

Mixing Mechanism: Paddle type blades welded to the main shaft provide for efficient mixing of thick heavy material. PTFE gland mechanism provided at shaft ends prevents ingress of external powder into the trough and prevents leakage. Charging: From the top charging can be done through a hinge able lid, hopper or Nozzle can be provided for additional spraying of additives.

Double Cone Blender

The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume. The slant double cone design eliminates dead spots, which occasionally occur in conventional double cone mixer. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc.

Fluid Bed Dryer

Fluid Bed Dryer offer the outstanding advantages of efficiency and product uniformity achieved with fluid bed dryers. The advantage of this process is two unit operations are accomplished in a single processing step. Granules produced by this method are highly porous and quick solvable, which is widely, used in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries worldwide.

Fluid Bed Dryers are commonly used for process applications, which require excellent product uniformity, particle size, moisture content and morphology. This granulation technology has also been applied in the food ingredient, agricultural, nutritional and powdered chemical industries.

Multi Mill

Operation:-
Multi Mill is widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc., in Pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, ceramics, colors, dyestuff, food products etc. It also finds application in pesticides, fertilizers, spices, detergents, insecticides, plastics and resins industries.

SALIENT FEATURES

• Direction of beaters can be changed by reversible switch from knife to impact forward and vice-versa. All contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantled and cleaned
• Machine is designed for continuous operation. Cylindrical screen for higher output.

Octagonal Blender

Octagonal Blender is useful for mixing dry powder and dry granules due to its octagonal shape. The mixer is rotated at a slow speed and has a removable baffle mounted through rectangular open able lid. It occupies less space compare to other blenders like V and Cone blenders.

Coating Pan

In the process of coating tablets and confectionaries, the personal skill of the coater needs to be supplemented by a correctly designed, versatile coating pan. Coating pan has been designed after a careful study of the needs of expert such as rotational speed, Angle of inclination of pan volume and temperature.The standard pan is elliptical in shape, mounted at 30° angle. Pans in other geometrical shapes and mounting angles, as per requirement, are also manufactured. Hot air blower, thermostat controlled to deliver required quantity of air at selected temperatures between 40° C to 80° C is provided. Polishing pan with canvas lining with quick and easy mounting on to drive hub.

Vibro Sifter

The vibro screen is circular unitized advanced gyratory screen with mechanical vibration. The motivation is through a motor with double shaft fitted at both ends with eccentric weights. The whole drive assembly is mounted on a cylindrical base with rugged springs which allow the unit to vibrate freely and, at the same time, the spring prevent transmitted vibration reaching the floor area on which the machine stand. Screen decks are mounted one on other for multi separating. Advantages of Vibro Sifter covers Lower power consumption, Lower noise level, Minimum maintenance, Minimum space, Superior and fast separation.
