Function of Vacuum Tray Dryer

Used mainly for drying of high grade, temperature and oxygen sensitive products. Highly suitable for drying hygroscopic substances, which are dried to very low residual moisture, content level. Frequently vacuum drying cabinets are the sole possibility for drying lumpy and glutinous products. Capacity of Vacuum tray dryer is 6 up to 96 trays.

Operating Principle Of Pure Steam Generator

Feed water is pumped through a pre-heater into the separation column and circulates into the evaporation column. Plant steam is used to boil the feed water in the evaporation column to produce pure steam. The pure steam travels into the upper region of the separation column via a number of directional and velocity changes and finally through a demister device, to remove entrained moisture.
